Nutrition

Nutrition is built in, not bolted on.

Training tells your body what to do. Food gives it the material to do it with. Every programme comes with a nutrition plan written for your body and your goals, sometimes bespoke macros and a structured eating window, sometimes a set of principles and patterns to live by. What does not change is the weekly check-in. You will not be told to figure food out on your own.
